THE ART OF FROTHING MILK

To bring milk to the boil, simply insert one of the steam nozzles into the liquid and open the valve gently. While boiling slowly lower the container until the nozzle just breaks the surface of the mixture. This action aerates the drink, creating the froth. A slow up and down motion is used. When boiled slowly close the steam valve, before removing, lower the jug until the pipe is clear of the contents. Open the valve a fraction to allow any liquid which has been caught in the nozzle to be removed.
Always Wipe The Nozzle With A Damp Cloth After Use.
CAPPUCCINO

Cappuccino can be made from expressed, percolated or powder coffee. The coffee can be either added to the milk before frothing or placed in a cup and the milk added after the frothing. A sprinkle of Milo on top and you have a great Cappuccino.
TEA

The 'HAROS' is ideal for making and quite easily meets the requirements of most restaurants and cafes, and can replace the kettle at home
Senior Model - 16 cups - with a minimum of eight minutes to allow water to return to boiling point.
Junior Model - 9 cups - with a minimum of six minutes recovery time.
Homer Model - 25 cups per hour.
N.B. - Because of the steam pressure, we suggest that you tilt the cup towards the boiler, give only a gentle turn on the outlet valve, thus allowing hot water to run at a more gentle speed and avoid splashing.
